Product Information & Specifications
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Our laboratory filtration products include:

- • Cellulose, glass, and quartz thimbles
- • Custom filtration solutions
All products are manufactured according to USP compliance standards and undergo rigorous quality testing per ASTM E 2187-09 specifications.

Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Hua Env. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Minimum Orders
Custom filtration solutions may require minimum order quantities. Standard products available in smaller quantities.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by customer type and order volume. Net 30 terms available for qualified institutional buyers.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Currency fluctuations and raw material costs may affect final pricing for international orders.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
Hua Env maintains ISO 9001 certification and manufactures all products in cleanroom facilities with ±0.1mm precision. Every batch undergoes 100% factory inspection.

We provide complete traceability documentation and certificates of analysis for all products upon request.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally to pharmaceutical companies, universities, and research institutions. Delivery times vary by location and product type.
Standard Products
Typically ship within 5-10 business days. Express shipping available for urgent orders.
Custom Solutions
Lead times vary from 2-8 weeks depending on specifications and quantity requirements.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

Returns, Warranties & Limitations
We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal laboratory use conditions. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective.
Warranty Period
Standard products: 12 months from delivery date. Custom filtration solutions: 6 months from delivery date.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages including but not limited to lost profits or experimental failures.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All proprietary manufacturing processes, formulations, and technical specifications remain the intellectual property of Hua Env. Custom product designs developed collaboratively may be subject to separate IP agreements.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer applications, specifications, and usage data in compliance with pharmaceutical and research industry standards.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or product purchases shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
For international customers, we strive to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation and mediation before pursuing formal legal remedies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
